Benefits Summary
Landmark Communities offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees following the customary waiting period. This package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, a Supplemental Benefit Package, and much more. Medical, Dental, Vision Landmark shares in the employee's premium for these benefits. 401K Plan All eligible employees may enroll in our 401K plan with a company match. Paid Time Off (PTO) Landmark Communities provides qualified employees with PTO that may be used for vacation, personal time, or illness. PTO accrual begins on the first day of employment. Holidays We recognize six (6) paid holidays per year. Employee Home Purchase Program In an effort to promote home ownership with our employees, Landmark Homes has created a program whereby eligible employees may receive incentives/discounts toward the purchase of a Landmark home.
