Since founding Landmark Communities in 1984, Jim Bawden has been responsible for setting the company's vision, acquiring land and guiding the direction of the company. Under Mr. Bawden's management, Landmark has been very successful in offering quality and innovative homes in northern Nevada. "At Landmark, we provide the very best product at the very best value for our customers," said Mr. Bawden. Prior to starting Landmark, Mr. Bawden served as Chief Deputy Assessor and General Services Director in Carson City, Nevada.

In 1998, CJ Bawden returned home to Carson City to help his father, Jim Bawden, found Paragon Associates Inc. As a principal in Paragon Associates, CJ Bawden strives to provide cutting-edge solutions that enhance the productivity and economy of all Landmark Companies, while facilitating the relationship between Paragon and Landmark. CJ Bawden possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Senior Vice President of Land Acquisitions, Landmark Communities

Mr. Pearson has over 31 years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate development, construction and investments. As the Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition, Mr. Pearson's team is focused on acquiring land for future expansion and working closely with the municipalities to obtain entitlements and the necessary approvals to begin construction. According to Mr. Pearson, "When we purchase land, we anticipate its final use. It's that type of forward thinking that allows us to match up product with land. We look at the surrounding services--schools, shopping, recreation and general convenience either current or future. These are attributes that make for an enduring, dynamic community and the highest return on investment for our buyers." Mr. Pearson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

CFO, Landmark Homes

Patricia Kepke joined Landmark Homes in 2003 and has been promoted to her new role as the company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She previously held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting for Landmark Homes. She brings over twenty-five years of experience in accounting, finance and management experience. Patricia formerly held senior executive appointments within the travel and manufacturing industries and received her BA in Accounting from the University of Houston. As the CFO she will be responsible for maximizing return on assets, guiding financial decisions and protecting company interests.
